Change Orbi satellite SSID

Hello,

I am working with Kuna to diagnose some connection issues, and they are requesting I change the SSID of my satellite to guarantee their device won't jump between the two APs. Is it possible to change the SSID of the satellite? Bonus points if you can do it just for the 2.4Ghz channel.

Also open to any other ideas that can achieve the same outcome (beyond simply turning the satellite off, as the base unit is far enough away it may impact the connection).
