Connecting a wifi speaker to 5G network

Question

I have two wi-fi speakers that I need to connect to the 5G network. They connect but to the 2.5g network.&nbsp; They are Polk SB 6 speakers.

The orbi devices do band steering. It doesn't allow you to "pick" which to connect to.&nbsp;If the speakers need more bandwidth, the orbi will switch them to the 5ghz. (if they're capable)

try turning down the 2.4Ghz power output of the RBRs wifi radios from 100% to 50% or 25% and see if this changes anything.&nbsp;Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings

If the speakers have a reset function, try resetting them and set them back up. I had a stubborn TV that supported 5g but would never connect. Resetting it fixed the problem.
