Connecting with BT SmartHub

Hi Just bought a Orbi Whole Home WiFi System from Costco naively thinking it was an easy plug and play Wi-Fi extender...MESH network is running to both satellites but router  is showing offline despite being connected to BT SmartHUb via Ethernet cables.

    Its probably because you're running them both in router mode.

    either try placing the bt smarthub in modem only/passthrough mode or placing the orbi in AP mode. 

    If you go the router of placing the orbi in AP mode, make sure to disable the wireless on the bp smarthub
