Conneting my camera to Orbi

I have a wifi camera (360eye S) I am trying to connect to the Orbi. But the camera can not connect to 5G band. I am not the most savvy tect guy. I tried doing the guest wifi, knowing that is the 2.5g. I will take any ideas. I am also posting in 360eye site for help.

    What FW is currently loaded?

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Try disabling the following and see:
MIMO, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).

I would contact the Mfr of the camera for additional help and information as well.
