- pablohoneyLuminaryYes, it’s a mess alright since the latest firmware update. I’ve logged in remotely just there using the iOS app and it is showing zero devices listed even though there is a satellite connected and the internet is showing as available and I can log into my Ring cameras/doorbell remotely over cellular data.
- xenon77AspirantI was thinking about hard resetting the Orbi Router
Not sure about the result .
Is there a risk ?- FURRYe38Guru - Experienced User
There some problems that NG is aware of surrounding the devices and how they are being listed. Do a backup configuration to file then try a reset and setup from scratch to see if anything changes. If not, re-apply the back up and you'll be back to where you started.

Device Manager displays a list of all devices that are installed on a Windows XP-based computer. When you view device information in Device Manager, you may see a device listed as Unknown Device next to a yellow question mark upsers
