  • Yes, it’s a mess alright since the latest firmware update. I’ve logged in remotely just there using the iOS app and it is showing zero devices listed even though there is a satellite connected and the internet is showing as available and I can log into my Ring cameras/doorbell remotely over cellular data.

I was thinking about hard resetting the Orbi Router
Not sure about the result .

      Is there a risk ?

There some problems that NG is aware of surrounding the devices and how they are being listed. Do a backup configuration to file then try a reset and setup from scratch to see if anything changes. If not, re-apply the back up and you'll be back to where you started.

Initially there were reported problems with V2.3.5.30.

My advice, if your system is basically working, forget about it.  Don't get to spun up about a UI shortcoming.

  • Device Manager displays a list of all devices that are installed on a Windows XP-based computer. When you view device information in Device Manager, you may see a device listed as Unknown Device next to a yellow question mark upsers
