failure to connect orbi to satillite

Purchased new on 8/22/2018. Need phone number for support. Orbi Router can't find satellite, DAC128

What FW are you using on the router?

Was the rourter FW updated before the satellite?

Are you getting a pulsating WHITE led on top of the satellite after its ready?

            FW is 2.1.4.16

             Router was not updated.

              Satellite is pulsating WHITE.
