Firmware 2.1.4.16 Troubles / Issues

Where is the Macintosh or Apple version of the 2.1.4.14 firmware downgrade? I can only find the Windows version. Thanks.

    FW is not OS specific. Only Orbi model specific.

      Thanks. My question, though, relates to the img file format. The Mac OS doesn't/can't open it, and I can't convert it, so I can't install it.

        You don't need to unpack the IMG file either. Just open a web page in Safari or FF browser and navigate to the routers web page and navigate to where the FW update UI is. Use the UI then to select the IMG file from the desktop. Select this file, then let the router and satellite handle the file loading from there.
