Try what BullyTerrier did to see if it might help you. He downloaded the update files for his system. Manually applied them, factory reset the system and set up from scratch. Seemed to have helped him.

Did he update the firmware first manually and then do a factory reset? Did he manually update the firmware again after the factory reset?
