Firmware Update

Went to update firmware, one satellite would not update. The other and the router did, but now I cannot even get the satellite to connect to attempt to manually update. Just a solid white light. Tried adding the satellite and the setup failed. First day with going back to Netgear products after being away for a decade. Guess I was right in staying away, I think this is going back to the store if it doesnt work out of box on Day 1.

    Hello uskrums

     

    Have you tried to reset the units and then try to re sync them?

      Yep did all that. Couple hours on hold and working with CS, turns out it was as suspected, a brick. Returned it to the store
