Firmware update

Alittle upset.  Had to set up all passwords, to include Admin two hours later finally able to check for update.  Notified today, 90 day COMPLIMENTARY support ended yesterday.  Watched the You Tube followed all the instructions and there is NOTHING which shows at the end to check for update.  Nothing, there is no such tab.  Hours wasted, and now I do not know if I need an update.  It should still be there to check.  If it does not need an update it should say up to date.  But again, no such tab.  Suggestions community?

    Could you please describe how you administer the Orbi?  (i.e. using the Orbi "app" or the Orbi web interface?)

    People report issues using the Orbi app, specifically in terms of firmware updates.
