Fixed IP connection to RBR20
Hi all,
I've a configuration of an ORBI AC2200, with a RBR40 (firmware 2.3.5.30, operation mode router) connected to the basic ISP-provided router via a LAN cable. From that I have 3 scattered RBR 20 that are linked to create the network in my place, normally it all works well.
The issue I'm having is that physically next to one of the RBR20 there're two computers connected via an 8-port switch in a LAN configuration with fixed IP. If I connect the RBR20 via ethernet to the switch the computers are not capable to access internet. I was able to do a workaround plugging in a wifi dongle into the PC and connect to the orbi wifi. The problem with this is that the data transmission is fairly slow so I do need to connect via ethernet.
Notes:
I cannot change the fixed IP status as it is a must for those PC's to run the software they use. If I do it, the internet works perfectly.
The problem is the same if I ditch the switch and try to connect straight with only one PC.
No other device is connected via ethernet to any of the Orbis.
So, my question is, how can I configure the RBR20 to be able to connect to the computers via ethernet without changing the fixedIP configuration of the computers?
Thanks,
Francisco

What is the IP address range that you have static IP adddresses assigned to these computers?
For an example, you can set the IP address range FROM and TO on the RBR as follows:
192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.200.
Then on either side of this IP address pool, assigned static IP addressed devices. Don't assign anything with in the this range. This range is meant for IP Address Reservatations that are set ON the router. Anything out side this range can be used for static assigned devices.

The 3 devices connected via LAN are:
192.168.15.10
192.168.15.11
192.168.15.240
I've been trying to find that option you mentioned with no success =/
