Geography influence on Orbi behavior

Is there any setting in the Orbi router that sets or retains the region or address where it is installed? My daughter has a very bizarre problem. When she installed her router, coincidentally at the same exact time her entire network insists it is located in Virginia even though she lives in Orange County in Southern California. Does that make any sense?

    Orbi doesn't influence any USA regions or geography unless you set a different region like something out side of the USA, like a different country. Is this a new system or a used or refurbished system?

    Can she post a screen shot of this information?  Orbi does set the time using a "Time Server" (see Wikipedia NTP: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Network_Time_Protocol 

    The user can set the time zone on the Orbi web interface, Advanced Tab, "Administration", NTP settings.
