Getting intermittent "ORBI cannot connect to the internet" messages with longtime ORBI installation
I have had a mesh system with an ORBI RBR50 and 5 satellites for many years now (5+). In the last few weeks, I have been getting the "ORBI cannot connect to the internet" message when I am connected to some - not all - of the satellites. This happens several times a day. This does not affect every device - my Sonos system keeps playing music in the same room where my phone says it cannot connect thru ORBI.
If I get that message, and go to the main router location, disconnect and reconnect wifi on my phone, I get the ORBI "Connected" message.
Is this something with the Verizon FIOS router that runs my internet connection, or something with the ORBI setup that I can fix? Any suggestions appreciated.

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
