Hardwire a satellite RBS50
Can you hardwire an Orbi satellite RBR50 running V2.5.2.4 directly to the network to increase signal strength? Or do you have to hardwire the router to the satellite? If you did this, not sure where the input on the satellite would go. I guess you can hardwire two satellites together but not sure where to put the input on the second one. Is there a signal strength advantage to any of this over using the WiFi?

Ethernet (wired) capacity is much higher than wireless, so, the wired connecton should always be better. But the difference may not matter if the wifi connection between your router and satellies is strong.
Be are that you may see a ARP storm or no internet access after you connect the RBS via ethernet to the RBR. I found with v4 and v40 versions of FW, this caused an ARP storm on the network that causes all internet access to stop. FW version v16 doesn't have this problem. If your in the US region you can use v102. A short ARP storm is seen on v102 however stop after about 1minute +:
