Hardwired Satellite disconnecting daily

Router - RBR40

Firmware - V2.7.4.24

Satellite - RBS20

Firmware - V2.7.4.24

I have a wired backhaul that goes offline almost daily. Sometimes it will take up to 6 restarts before it reconnects. I've tried different (new) cables. I've reset the satellite. I've deleted and re-synced the satellite.

Some other interesting occurrences i've noted are sometimes pings being dropped to the router when the Satellite is coming online. Unplugging the satellite network cable immediately remedies the dropped pings.

Sometimes the satellite will come back online - I can access the satellite web gui, yet it says it has no connection to the router, and I cannot access the internet when connected via wifi to the satellite.

Unfortunately I can't pin down a way to reproduce this issue, but with time it always crops up again.

    1. what modem/gateway is the router connected to?

    2. what switch is the backhaul running through? or is it directly wired to the router?

    3. do you have more than 1 satellite? is the issue specific to a specific satellite? Or do they all have issues?
