Have a RBK22 Mesh with 1 satellite. All works fine except one connection issue

The new RBK22 system looks fine after set up. All my devices shows up in the "device list", however, one of the TV box that somehow couldn't be connected to Orbi satellite either through LAN port direct connection nor WIFI wave?

Currently this TV box connects well with a NetGear HomePlug AV adopter MIT Ethernet Switch (XAV1004). However, if I connected it will Orbi satellite (RBS20) LAN port, it shows connected but NO Internet. Same with Orbi WIFI. I like to get rid of the original HomePlug adopter if possible. What did I do wrong or what tweaks should I try to make the Orbi <==> TV box working with LAN or WIFI.

      Hi Furrye38,

I already did and worked with them with no solution yet. Will continue to pursue this avenue with them for solution since that's one of the failure possibility..

The other question is why it works with original NetGear HomePlug LAN port, but not Orbi RBS20 LAN port nor its WIFI.

      Thanks,

      William

This indeed is the question.  From the description, is it correct to assume that this Orbi was set up using the Orbi "app" rather than the Orbi web interface?  If so, could you check the Orbi web interface (http://orbilogin.net)  to see if the "Attached Devices" page shows Access Control "on" or "off"?
