Haven’t been able to see the RBS750 satellite in the orbi app or via the web interface

Hi any luck with this? I too haven’t been able to see the RBS750 satellite in the orbi app or via the web interface.

    1. Check Physical Connectivity: Ensure that the RBS750 satellite is properly connected to power and is within range of the Orbi router. Check that all cables are securely connected.

    2. Power Cycle the Satellite: Try power cycling the RBS750 satellite by unplugging it from power, waiting for a few seconds, and then plugging it back in. This can help refresh its connection to the Orbi network.

    3. Update Firmware: Ensure that both the Orbi router and the RBS750 satellite are running the latest firmware versions. Outdated firmware can sometimes cause communication issues.

    4. Check LED Indicators: The LED indicators on the satellite can provide useful information. Make sure the LEDs are displaying the appropriate status. Consult the user manual for LED status explanations.

    5. Reset Satellite: If other troubleshooting steps don't work, consider performing a factory reset on the RBS750 satellite. This will restore it to its default settings. Be aware that you'll need to set it up again.
