Having issues setting up Orbi on a ATT7T modem

Have AT&T modem that does not use cable modem so im having a hard time trying to properly configure Orbi.

What is this modem? The model number?

 

Does it have a row of LAN ports on the back? If so there is a chance that it is also a router, which means you can run into problems with having two routers on your network.
