How to disable wireless isolation ORBI

Hi,

 

I have a RBR50 with two satelites.  A few weeks ago I bought a Homepod from apple but I can`t control my room by using siri. Everything is set up, and it works from my iphone but nut with my homepod. I asked Apple support what the problem could be. Their answer was that it could be the wireless isolation because this prevents direct communications with other devices on the same wired/wireless network. I think this make sense! So how can I disable it on my ORBI?

    There is no wireless isolation on the main network but there is on the guest network.

      But why does my Homepod not work with Siri? Are other Orbi users having the same problem? I think this is a network problem.
