How to remove securty account on orbi
I buy second orbi and the seller has removed the orbi router device from his account, but when I click on the security app it still uses the verification code from the seller's account

Factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser first.

Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you purchased an Orbi second hand and the security features are still using the seller's information.
Please inform the seller that he/she will need to do the following:
For NETGEAR Armor:
- From the Armor portal dashboard navigate to:
- Select all devices
- Select the three dots
- Select the device that needs to be removed
- Select Remove
To unregister the NETGEAR product from their NETGEAR account:
- Visit my.netgear.com.
- Enter your Email Address and Password.
- Click or tap NETGEAR Sign In.
- Select Products > My Registered Products.
- Select a product to unregister from your account.
- Scroll down and click or tap the grey UNREGISTER PRODUCT bar.
Confirmation options display.
- Click or tap YES, UNREGISTER MY PRODUCT.
Your product is unregistered.

Return to the My Registered Products page and confirm that the product is removed from your account.
