While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Orbi - NETGEAR Communities
In the meantime you could visit the support pages:
Support | NETGEAR
Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads. - CrimpOnGuru - Experienced User

PLease share your tipsMy general practice is to do the following:
- Set aside a range of IP addresses for devices that you want to always have the same IP address and then enter the MAC addresses of those devices into the LAN Setup table.
- Define another range of IP addresses for devices that are more transient: guests, gizmos you may try out and decide, "nah", Apple devices that keep changing their MAC address every time their software updates, etc.
Currently I have 192.168.1.70 set aside for my 'permanent' devices (desktops, printers, thermostat, security cameras, etc.) and 71-100 for "stuff". I have changed this several times over the years.
Is that the sort of information you are looking for?
