Contact the ISP. If this was given to you by the ISP, some ISP handle FW updates for those systems they have and give out directly to there customers. Its there responsibility to support FW on there systems.

The ISP may have access on how to migrate from ISP FW to NG official stock FW. Something you'll have to ask the ISP about.
