Internet Service Provider in UK

Hi

I am currently with EE in the UK and they dont seem to be able to provide the configuration required to support full functionality of my Orbi Router (e.g. I cant use the Circle app as I have to switch to AP mode) as they dont seem to be able to let me switch to bridge mode on their router.

Which Internet service providers work best in the UK for Orbi systems? Do I have to speak to them directly to get configured correctly?

    What modem/gateway is it from EE? 

    What you can try doing is run their modem/gateway in router mode (disable its wifi) and put the orbi's IP address into their devices DMZ.

      Hi. It’s an EE smart hub. I tried that suggestion before but unfortunately Wi-Fi calling kept dropping out for long periods intermittently. The only thing that worked was switching to AP mode but with that I lose parental controls.
