iPhone App can't connect

Hello: Trying to set up new Orbi wireless, and get get Orbi iPhone app to find my router. My settings indicate I'm connected to the Orbi wireless network, but when i try to complete setup, the app tells me it can't find the router. Any troubleshooting help much appreciated, the quick setup isn't helpful on this problem. Cheers,

    Please set up the Orbi system using a wiress or wired connected PC and web browser like IE11, FF or Opera.

      Thank you, that turns out to be the solution. The setup instructions included in the Quick Start don't get the job done. Appreciate the help.
