Is my Obi system broken
Excuse my ignorance but how do I know if my ORBI system is not functioning correctly? I have an ORBI RBS40 system that worked great till recently. System began lagging and devices were not connecting but they had earlier in day. i did a factory reset but still having issues. Today, in morning, cell phone connected to WiFi but just got home and now it won't, yesterday was Samsung TV. I get a "Couldn't get IP adress" error. Is my ORBI system breaking?

What modem/gateway are you connecting it to?
You posted in the Orbi LTE forum. do you have the LBR20 router?
- PatgradAspirantI have the RBR20 and not going to lie not sure how where I'm posting to. The modem is an Arris TM1602 from my internet provider Spectrum. When my phone does connect and I check my speeds they are 450+ download and 23 upload. Like I said was working without issue before but lately having trouble connecting to some devices

2. did you try a simple factory reset and reinstall?
