i guess that is it I also have an extender but its just not working like it says nor does any info work for it.&nbsp; but i am trying to add my phone number to my netgear common account or the app so I can use it for 2 step verificqtion because when I had it there half the number was not visible and I was not recieving texts sent to that number.&nbsp; so i can only surmise that it was entered wrong or changed some how.&nbsp; been having alot of trouble with my neighbors getting into my system to sabotage my cameras

thanks but it is obvious i will not recieve any help all they do is haqve me verify info and transfer me around then drop the call.&nbsp; i have spent countless hours qttqched to my phone unable to go anywhere or do anything and after all that i still have no soultion.&nbsp; sorry u couldnt help either.&nbsp; boiut to take this equipment back i am so fed up

Just FYI, also helps to post in correct forum for your model router if thats the model your referring to.
