Laptop stopped detecting Orbi RBK50
I have several laptops, tablets, TVs, mobile phones etc connected to my Orbi RBK50.
One of the laptops now does not detect the Orbi. I have had the laptop examined by the local specialist and he has updated Windows 10 and the network card driver.
This laptop connects to other networks and will connect to the Orbi using an Ethernet cable.
Anybody have any potential solutions?

- What FW is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the ISP modem the NG router is connected too?
Does the LT see the wifi SSID name or just won't connect to it?
Be sure that the IP address is a reserved IP address set ON the router for the Laptop. There many two IPs needed, one for the Wireless connection and one for the wired connection.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet is recommended in between them to begin with depending upon building materials.Try disabling the following and see:
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
MIMO, Daisy Chain, Fast Roaming, IPv6 and Set 20/40Mhz Coexistence to 40Mhz only. Save settings and reboot the router and satellite(s).Try setting WPA to disable temporarily. Does the LT connect then? If so, go back and test WPA and TPIK and test. Then try WPA2 and AES only.
