LBR20 Remote Management
I have an Orbi LBR20 mobile hotspot and remote management will not work. I have been testing the connection https://<IPAddress>:port. I have tried different IP addresses and different ports all with ...

There might be something different about the LTE model, which people who watch the community forum for the LBR20 might be able to comment on: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-LTE/bd-p/en-home-orbi-lte
On my (plain old residential) Orbi, Remote Management comes in three flavors:
- A feature on the Advanced Tab, Advanced Setup, called Remote Management.(or Web Services Management in more recent firmware).
This opens port 8443 (be default, it can be changed if you want) for HTTPS access.
I have used it, and it worked for me. - Anywhere Access on the Orbi 'app', which does so little that I find it worthless. (opinion)
- OpenVPN.
So, the default would be https://<public IP of Orbi>:8443

Yes, my Orbi has the steps to set up remote management but when I try to connect when off the Orbi network, I get THIS PAGE CANT BE REACHED. If I am on the Orbi network, the same link works without issue. I can't figure out if this is per design (which wouldn't make sense) or if the remote management isn't working.
I agree with you that the Anywhere Access option is very limited.
Not looking to setup OpenVPN just for this.

I just enabled Remote Management as a test (see attached).
With a browser on the LAN, https://192.168.1.:8443 does not connect (because the Orbi is listening for connections on port 8443 only on the WAN port, not on any of the LAN ports).
Turned off WiFi on my phone and was able to connect to https://<public IP of Orbi>:8443.
Did get that annoying message about "This connection is not safe" because of the self-signed SSL certificate. Have to insist on going on to the site anyway.
The public IP I used is the one that shows in the Orbi Advanced Tab home page in the box "Internet Port".
What do you get when you access one of the "What is my IP?" web sites, such as
