Login issues - security questions
I bought from BestBUy. They set up the network. I recently moved and am now trying to set up the network. It wants to know what city i was born in and what my sister's first name is. Obviously i know the answers to these questions. BUt they are not what was used to set up the original install. What can i do?

In this case, I would reset the system to factory settings and do everything again from scratch:

This seems to be a quirk with Netgear products that are registered online. They seem to want to begin from scratch every time they are reset. Just use your existing email and password, and answer whatever questions you want from the drop down menu. It should bring you back to the setup page once you’re done.
