Lost connection to Samsung Smart TV and can not reconnect - unable to connect to internet

I have a CM400 Modem and Orbi AC2200 Wifi. I had no problem setting up my Samsung UN55MU6290FXZA Smart TV back in December. I was able to connect to the internet and stream media. Recently I lost my internet connection. I am able to connect to my orbi Wifi but the Samsung TV has an X when trying to connect to the internet. I have been on the phone with Samsung and we are able to connect to the internet with a hotspot. So they say it is not their issue. I have been on the phone with Comcast and because all my Vizio TV's work they say it is not their issue. I have tried every fix possible online. Power. Reset. Factory Reset. Manual DNS and even Sync/WPS. I can not get the TV to connect. I am out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated. The TV is only 3 months old. I see online this is a common issue but most can resolve with the fixes above.

Glad you got it working again.

Might see if you can connect the TV to the ethernet port either at the router or Satellite in the future.

    Enjoy.

What channels are you uisng the Orbi router?

Try manual channel 1, 6 or 11. Any unused channels on 5ghz.

Any other wifi neighbors near by? If so, now many.

Try disabling Beamforming, MIMO, Daisy Chain and Fast Romaing under Adv/Adv Settings/Wireless

Thanks all. A few weeks ago I relocated my modem and router. It was only a few feet.
I moved it back to where it was and it solved the problem. I must have been out of range.

This is a wifi connection from the router to the TV?

Did your reset include the TV?

My experience is that these things are usually down to the TV setup. That's why I ditched wifi in favour of powerline ethernet.
