need help with RBS 10 Orbi AC1200 mesh wifi

For one thing, their site won't even let me change network names and such anymore. They forced me to set up a new network name and now my first network does not seem to work anymore. Before they made me set up a new network, my network was disconnecting for no reason. I can get the wifi working with ethernet but then it disconnects if I take away the ethernet. Also, they site says I am not connected as far as their site is concerned even though I am connected for the purpose of Internet. What the heck is going on? My wifi is almost 3 years old, for your reference. It was working just fine until this week.
