Netgear DS104 Hub
Need to expand the port available on my Orbi Router. Would a DS104 hub be compatible?

First and foremost where did you get your hands on a hub? Those things are like gold for people that want to do packet capturing. I wouldn't use this to extend your network as it will be very slow and not the best solution. Will it work? Yes. Could it be terrible and sucky? Most likely.
Go get yourself a nice cheap gigabit switch. Newegg has hundreds of options.
