Netgear Nighthawk CM1150v Cable Modem & Orbi RBR50 Router
I'm All Of A Sudden Having Trouble With My Download Speeds & My Cable Modem Downstream Light Is Flashing Not Steady No More, I Have 1 Gig Service With Xfinity Comcast & My Download Speeds Are Usually 700 To 900 Mbps & My Upload Is 42Mbps & Now My Download Speeds Are Dropping Out & All Over The Place, Went Out & Purchased Same Modem New & Same Model & Brandnew Modem Doing Same Thing, Download Light Is Flashing & All Other Led Status Lights Are Good & Solid, What Can Be Causing This All Of A Sudden & Maybe I Have a Router Issue Not Modem Issue?? Any Help Be Appreciated, Cant Get A Netgear Rep On The Phone That Speak's Any Clear English

These will diagnose and narrow down where the speed loss is happening, e.g., upstream of the Orbi vs. Orbi wireless vs. wired. Note that your wireless speeds will normally be well below your 1Gbps service due to AC/AX limits and environmental conditions. The FAQ gives some representable wireless speeds.

Have the ISP check the signal and line quality UP to the modem. Be sure the ISP provisions the modem correctly.
Be sure there are no coax cable line splitters in the between the modem and ISP service box.
Be sure your using good quality RG6 coax cable up to the modem.
Be sure to power OFF the modem for 1 minute them back ON.
