Netgear orbi and Netgear 12 port hub

Question

Can I plug the Netgear Orbi into a Netgear hub rather than into modem?

I need the Orbi to work in an area about 25 feet from the modem. I have an ethernet cable that runs over to that area of the house. I have a 12 port Netgear Hub for a number of devices by the TV and media center.

I want to plug the Orbi into the hub with a 15 foot ethernet cable to provide wifi to an area that is just past the hub in old part of our home.

This now works with the 2.1 firmware you can find on the orbi support page or pinned to the top of the orbi community.
