Netgear ORBI Login issues & Parental control ad

Hi

I am continuously having issues with orbi Login

 

Have had these in the past and the only solution has been to do a reset.

 

Past 12 months have resetted it approx 6 times - Fed up with this and cant see a fix from netgear

 

Issues - 

Cant reset orbi app password

Keep getting the parent control ad, once I close it I get the 400 bad request error

 

Can anyone assist with this

      Hi Oliver

       

      Your guy did not give me a call

       

      I have been having pproblems with the orbi all morning today

       

      To be honest am sick of it 

       

      Since my 20 year history with being with using netgear products I have so far found this to be the worst of them

       

      I think my unit is a faulty  one 

       

      Please can you take a look into this urgently or provide me details for the UK office so I can draft a letter in writing for a replacement
