Netgear Orbi product registration mistake
I have accidentally registered my friend's Netgear Orbi router on my Netgear account because I accessed it using my mobile app thinking that there would be an explicit step requiring authorisation from my side to associate her router to my account.
I would like to deassociate her router from my account and add it to her account. On that note, I realise that I have been having trouble creating an account for her too (with the message that the product serial number has already been registered) although I did manage to create her account for Netgear dynamic DNS service.
How do I go about solving this problem?
