Netgear Orbi RBK50 and Disney Circle random disconnection of internet
I've had some odd problems with my internet randomly disconnecting the paste few days. Each time I check with my isp outage notification, there is none. The only thing I could come up with is that 4 days ago I activated Disney circle, and that is when my internet issues started. First 2 days of enabling Disney circle my devices lost internet connectivity once a day that I could tell. I was right in middle of a online conference call one day for me, when it happened. The next day again at a different time. Both days I thought it was my isp, so I reset my Orbi router, then everything was fine.
i decided to turn off the Disney circle for a day, and had no internet disconnection...could afford another disconnect on a work day.
come weekend, I turn on Disney Circle and today experienced another disconnect. I wait, didn't reboot my router, i ran a speed test from the Orbi, and it returned the stats for normal speed, which means from the router to my ISP there was still a connection. After a few minutes my internet returned.
I read only some owners of the Netgear R7000 experience this problem as well..where they randomly get disconnected. However those articles were from 2017, and surely its no longer an issue... or is it?
My ORbi router has the latest firmware... is anyone else experiencing this?
What is the latest version your using?
This is the most current version of FW:
Disable Circle and test your system. There are known issues with Circle.

Funny after i logeed the ticket.. all the "similar cases" came up and found heaps of people with these issues. Google never returned these results. Anyway, I check my firmware and it was V2.5.1.8 and had to manually update the firmware.. although looking at the release notes, it's not going to resolve this issue.
Disney Circle has been shut off... very disappointing.... hope this gets addressed soon, because I know many parents would've found this useful.

Please post your experiences over in the Circle forum. Let them know.
Hopefully NG will get it fixed.
Good Luck.
