Netgear Orbi RBR40 plus RBW30 Satellite

Hello,

I need to update my email address on my Netgear account via the Orbi app, however nowhere in the app can I find the facility to change it?

My old email account will be removed soon as I’ve cancelled the contract with my service provider, so time is limited to get this changed over.

Any ideas?

    Did you open the "hamburger menu" (three bars in the upper left of the Orbi 'app' screen and select Account Management?

     

    (personally, I enjoy the Netgear.com web interface for this sort of things, but I am a luddite.)

      Yes this was the first thing I tried, many options possible in this area but changing your email address does not appear to be one of them?

      Any ideas?

        You are, of course, 100% correct.  (once again) gave advice without double checking myself.

         

        I think that my.netgear.com may be the only way.

        After logging in, click the person icon in the upper right:

         

        This brings up choices. Click "Manage Profile"

        This brings up a page. Click "Login Settings"

        Click Change Email:

        Enter new email account:

        Confession: I did not follow through by actually changing my email account.

         

        Can you please try this?
