Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Armor product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Armor and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. FURRYe38is correct. Netgear's community forums are just that: a place where Netgear customers can discuss products, ask questions, and propose solutions. There is no evidence that Netgear employees participate in the forums. Personally, I find the Orbi 'app' a huge disappointment. There are SO many features that cannot be accessed from the app that I make no use of it at all. Everything I do with regard to the Orbi system is using the web interface.

Personally, I find the Orbi 'app' a huge disappointment. There are SO many features that cannot be accessed from the app that I make no use of it at all. Everything I do with regard to the Orbi system is using the web interface.
