Two notable things I noticed immediately. Apparently the new firmware doesn't like the default password provided and initially offered. I had used the option to select the original wifi password for admin access. I'll deal with that one later.
Second was a popup for something called Armor I think. Can't say I've ever seen an upsell notice during any form of firmware update, so this is a new one on me.
Everything appears operational, although I'll get around to doing a factory reset on both boxes later on to be safe.
And yes I agree the connected device details look better now in the iPhone app.
Cheers.

Let us know how it goes after a factory reset and walk thru the setup wizard. Input new values here.
Read the release notes for new features that may have been added. :smileywink:

For what it's worth, the new 2.3.0.32 firmware is working flawlessly for me so far.

Read the release notes for new features that may have been added. :smileywink:At this point the factory reset will happen tomorrow due to high usage tonight. However I will comment on a few things. It will likely take me a few reads to comprehend the release notes, but I'm thinking most may not apply here. I will start another thread on wifi calling feature of iphones which is the actual reason I bought the Orbi. As long as wifi calling works reliably, am a happy camper.
This next part is probably not for everyone, but after coming from an Arris BGW210 router and dealing with a myriad of issues, I've been more in line with leaving the router in factory default settings. In fact the BGW210 contines to be the host router and is configured in IP Passthrough, and is the ONLY modification from stock settings on that device.
Once the RBK50 is factory reset, I will do the same with it and use the defaults it provides, and then propagate all the passwords and SSID to all the clients.
