New ISP - now RBR40 loses internet constantly
Community, I need your input. I had to switch to a new ISP recently due to a change to my prior ISP that was giving me poor Mbps on 5G due to tower locations. I had no issues for the past 8 year...

Thanks everyone that submitted input. After several hours of working through reboots , changing settings, and updating firmware, I took the advice of some of you and reached out to Charter/Spectrum. They agreed to come out again same day. Turns out the initial setup was done by a contractor and was not a technician. The contract had a poor connection and left old fittings and reused an existing cable inside the home that was not adequate for the service. Frustrating when they say it's installed correctly, and it's not.

Yes contact the ISP. Might try getting your own modem. Hitron modems are not the greatest.
Power OFF the modem and RBR for 1 minute then back ON with both.
Make sure IPv6 is disabled on the RBR.
Try using custom IPv4 DNS, like cloudfare or quad9.
