New Orbi setup - satellites keep disconnecting

Anger rising.
Attempted a factory reset (reset button on back) and now I can't connect to the router. Over the past 15 minutes, I've been able to connect briefly and then not again.
Tried the default Wi-Fi too, won't connect.
WTF?
