I'm giving up. I'm unsure what to do at this point. I've factory reset ... 6+ times now to no avail. A couple times I get into the router setup and I can't get past the first couple screens. Have tried both wired and wirelessly, nothing.
Seems like others have upgraded and dowgraded firmware without issue. Perhaps mine is just totally screwed post upgrade/downgrade?
Oh so fun, well worth $500!

adambean Unless Netgear themselves can give you a solution, I would go do a return or exchange from where you bought them. If you can't even configure the router there's nothing you can do. Also, when you were updating, I'm assuming you followed Netgear's recommended process of being on a wired connection and updating the satellite first and then the router?
