No router light showing
Hi there, I have just pirchased Orbi AC2200/RBK20.
I have followed all instructions via the app i downloaded on my phone. There are no lights on either the router or the satelite.

Review the user manual for top led behaviors. No lights means the system is working.
What FW are you using?
What mfr and model# ISP modem are you using?
What is the distance between the router and satellite? Feet?
How big is you home? SqFt?
Any other wifi neighbors near by? if so, how many?
