The Orbi router should appear to those devices as the Internet "Gateway" IP address. Much of the time this IP address is 192.168.1.1
"orbilogin.com" (also orbilogin.net, routerlogin.com, routerlogin.net) are fake URLs that are intercepted by the Orbi router, which returns the router IP address.
Are you able to determine the Gateway IP address and connect to it using a web browser?
