Nothing connects to RBS50

Recently I updated both my devices to the newest Firmware 1.9.1.12 I have 1 RBR50 and 1 RBS50 now that everything is updated nothing connects to the RBS50 even if they are right next to it it all connects to the RBR50 and doesnt get a good enough signal what can I do to fix this?

    Hello Nmasseria

     

    Try to factory reset the satellite and re sync it to the router.

      That worked I called Netgear tech support and I was told to keep moving the satellite closer till items connect but why I paid for this set up so I can use one in my garage
