Now TV Router

Question

I have had an Orbi system for a few years, but recently changed broadband provider to Now TV. They supply their own modem/WiFi router. There seems to be some compatibility issue between the Orbi router and his new Now TV unit. Can anyone explain in simple terms how I can get the 2 units to talk to each other so that I can have WiFi throughout the house?

Easiest way?&nbsp;put the orbi in access point mode.&nbsp;you'd currently be in a double nat.https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT&nbsp;There's 3 ways to fix it but simply putting the orbi in ap mode is probably the easiest.&nbsp;https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point&nbsp;That leaves the now tv router/gateway controlling the routing functions and the orbi running wifi/ethernet.&nbsp;
