OBRI RBS50 ADD ON NOT SYNCING WITH EXISTING SYSTEM

I have the RBR50 system that works perfect. I bought an add on so I will have a total of 1 RBR50 and 2 RBS50's.

 

I plugged in a followed the snyc instructions and it wll not add. halo turn the purple color. 

 

Is there a way to manually add the 3rd add on? Can I plug it in with the ethernet cable?

    Hello Teewrecks 

     

    Yes you could try to connect the unit via ethernet and see if you can update the firmware and then if that works remove the cable and try to sync the unit again.
