One device can't connect to orbi wifi
Hi,
We have our home running on orbi wifi, and we got it connected to our modem that has a Router build in. But we use the orbi router as our main router.
But there is one problem and it is that 2 of our phones can't connect to the orbi wifi, it just simply says "internet may not be available" while the other phones in the house can connect with good wifi speed.
What's the problem here?

Do you manage the Orbi using the web interface or the Orbi "app"?
On the phones that say, "internet may not be available", when you look at the phone WiFi settings, does the phone have an IP address?
(Phones have various ways to show this. On my Android, I go to Settings, System, About Phone, and toward the bottom it has things like the WiFi MAC address and the IP address.)
