Open VPN setup issue on iPhone and Mac (Tunnelblick)

I cannot setup TunnelBlick or iPhone OpenVPN to access my Orbi VPN.

I followed the Orbi RBK40 VPN setup instructions as follows:

On Orbi, check-on VPN

A. On iPhone (with no success)

1.I installed OpenVPN app and loaded the recommented OpenVPN file for iphone

2.When started OpenVPN, it said connected. But when I tried something eg my IPCamera, it said cannot connect

B. On Mac (with no success)

1. Download Mac OpenVPN files

2. Downloaded and installed Tunnelblick (3.7.9beta04), and connected with the recommended OpenVPN file

3. TunnelBlick cannot connect with following message "Tunnelblick was not able to load a system extension that is needed to connect to client Orbi OpenVPN. More information[tunnelblick.net].

Upon checking I also saw a warning: 'comp-izo' was deprecated in OpenVPN 2.4 and has been or will be removed in a later version. You should update the configuation so it can be used with modern versions of OpenVPN. Tunnelblick will use OpenVPN 2.4.7 OpenSSL v1.0.2r to connect this configuration.

4. Tried the latest Tunnelblick v3.8 still no success

Can someone suggest to me how to proceed?
